Life is always a rush, but it’s good to stop and say “Thank You” because we are nothing without those that help us on our journey.

Recently I made CustomerThink.com’s top 10 Authors for Customer Experience for 2012, coming in at a respectable number 7.  It’s nice to see that I’m getting the word out about the value of seeing things through the customer’s eyes.  I would, of course, not be there without YOU, my readers. Thanks for all your support, I hope I can continue to provide things worth reading!
