I am writing to request your approval for my enrollment in the Experience Investigators CXI Ground School, a12-week guided experience designed to help CX professionals build a solid foundation for a successful CX program that supports leadership and organizational goals.

This program provides exclusive access to video training, tools, feedback and live Q&A sessions with renowned customer experience thought leader, Jeannie Walters, CCXP, CSP,  founder of Experience Investigators. (Jeannie walks the talk. She has worked directly with the biggest brands and more than 500,000 people have taken her LinkedIn Learning courses on customer experience.) I believe that my participation in this program will help me be even more effective in my role and enable us to lay a solid foundation for all our CX initiatives.

This will save us time and resources, allowing us to make substantial progress in our customer experience journey promptly.

Applications for CXI Ground School are being accepted until May 6, 2024. The investment is $1,500 for the 12-week experience, and it includes a 12-week complimentary membership in CXI Flight School (normally $1,500). CXI Flight School is a higher-level guidance and membership program for CX leaders who want to master the Experience Investigators 4-part CXI Navigator framework.
