I’m heading to the SXSW Interactive Festival. I’ll be doing my best to tweet and blog about customer experience topics.

Sometimes I get accused of being too broad in my focus, because I often find tidbits on user experience, talent management, leadership, neuromarketing and more and lump them into the customer experience bucket.

I really believe that most topics touch the customer experience at some point. So while I’m there, I’ll be looking for panels and discussions about these varied topics. If I believe it relates to customer experience, I’ll do my best to include the hashtag #CXSXSW.
