I have a definite love/hate relationship with Facebook. I love catching up and keeping up with my far-flung friends (Istanbul, anyone!?), but I am not a big fan of the rants, the crazy or the way Facebook actually selects the information I see!

But it’s time to get serious…about the 60Connext Facebook page. While I don’t expect you to LOVE it right away, I sure would love if you LIKE it.

Plus, the awesome Anne Reuss is watching the store over there, and she’d like it, too.

Now the big question…will you tell me what you want? (Cue the Spice Girls!)

The best Facebook pages, in my opinion, share information that is interesting, slip humor into the stream, and basically don’t suck. Is that enough?

I hope we can do this for you. I’d love to hear more about your experiences as both customers and brands. How do you react to bad customer experiences? How do you reward good ones?

All of it! Lay it out there. Let’s have some fun. See you on the wall.
